Dear Sir/Madam,
We are LPR since Aug 2004 and have a home in Sacramento CA. We have been traveling back & forth since Aug 2006 to obtain medical treatment for my wife for an ailment diagnosed here in Kaiser Hospital USA. The treatment is Ayurvedic and hence India. 3 trips we have made all lasted less than 6 months but our doctor suggests no travel for at least 12 months in future. We have this far maintained continuous residency & physical presence requirement but at POE in LAX the officer said they may take away our green cards. I do not wish to apply for re-entry permit as the continous residence & physical presence will be reset.
Can we apply for N-470? Is it going to be successful what is your fees? Also we become eligible June 2009 to apply for N-400, what do you estimate as processing time then and what is processing time now for N-400? Which state/city will have lowest processing time?
