Interview to Oath Time Frames

I had my citizenship interview in Philadelphia on Feb 4th, 2008.
I wanted to take oath in Wilmington, Delaware. But I have not recd. any letter / dates yet.

Pelase guide me (even if you can answer one or more of the following)

(a) Is this reasonable timeframe
(b) How to find when should I expect to get the interview date.
(c) When are the interview dates for Delaware
(d) Is there any follow up I need to do.

- my wife and i had the interview on 7th march in philly and i am already a citizen with passport in hand and my wife has not got the oath letter. from the forums there is no real time frame as to when you would get the oath letter so either live with it for 90 days and schedule infopass

- i had interview in philly which has interviews 5 days a week (around 60 people at time on the 4th floor).
