I have an employement based greencard and have been married twice. My wife is back in India currently. Can you please let me know from the below list, what documents (photocopy)should be mailed along with N400 form. Thank a ton....

For sure need to send

• Photocopy of the GreenCard – both sides
• Photocopy of SSN card
• 2 color photo with name and A # written in pencil on the back
• Check for $675 app fee + finger printing

Not sure if any of these additional documents are required to be added to the application package

• Photocopy Applicant Birth certificate
• Photocopy Spouse Birth certificate
• Photocopy Current Marriage certificate
• Photocopy Divorce decree
• Photocopy Tax Return
• Bank Account Statement
• Mortgages/Rental Agreement
• Cancelled Checks/Money Order receipts

Did you download & read M-476, A Guide to Naturalization from the USCIS website? Page 48 clearly lists copies of all documents that are required with the application. A copy of SSN is not required. Download this guide from the following link.
