Hello everyone, i just finished my interview last april 23, 2008 the officer gave me a hard time. So he told me he has to review my case and he will mail the decision. How long does it take for uscis to mail the decision may it be a denial or approval letter. im from sacramento. thanks for the help!!!

because he was when i went in the room he told me right a way i think u wiil be denied because you travel a lot. Then i started explaining that i was eligible already i already got my continous residence for the past five years and have stayed in u.s for 37 months. my travels only lasted for 2 to three months and once a year to visit my dad. He said it doesnt want to hear my explaination it is whats it is and i need to stay here longer. He told me he cant make his decision now and will mail me the decision, when i was walking out the door and said u need to stay longer here if u get denied .Last edited by engeo123456; 05-03-2008, 04:12 PM.Comment

... the point is he wanted more convincing and that's what he's checking into.
The VO cannot be biased.
However, if you strongly do feel that the VO was biased against you, you have the right to complain.
