I got my greencard through my husband on a family basis. I still have my maiden last name and we have citizenship interview coming up.
If changing lastname to be same as my husband's is not required during citizenship interview, is it true that it is suggested to change the lastname for me to be same as my husband and kids to help not complicate any future processes like dual citizenship? I am hearing some people say it is recommended but no stronger reasons are available.
Can any one who had gone through this let me know where exactly it could be a issue if the last names are different? If it does not make any difference either way, please let me know. Thanks!
