Naturalization Oath in Washington DC

I had my interview on April 16, 2008 and was told to expect a letter in the mail indicating a date/time for oath ceremony. I specifically asked about the time frame it would take to receive such a lttr. However, the officer was not able to give a clear response. Please share your experience as DC residents who may have undergone similar experiences. (Also, VA residents who took the test the SAME TIME as me were able to take the oath the following day, if preferred!)

I am still waiting for this letter.
I would greatly appreciate feedback from Wash, DC residents in particular regarding their experience with receiving letter for oath ceremony. How long did it take from the time of interview to call for oath? Thank you!

Hi, Are you still waiting for your letter? I have the interview in July and I have not received any letter for the Oath yet. I am a VA resident.

I am from the Philly area but know someone who is in VA and has is ceremony on the 22nd of this month (AUG) his interview was in Arlington VA around July 2nd week
