doubts ...need help!!

Hello Gurus,
i will be applying for my citizenship next year around april or may...mean while i have some doubts

1. i am not working for the past one year since i had a baby(my husband is working and we are filing our W2 together)

2. i need to sponsor my mother(she is in india and widow and i am the only daughter) and my husband(he is on H1B)

3. my mother's visa for B2 got rejected for 3 times( which i filed when i am in job and on GC, they rejected it saying she is a potential immigrant)

would my situation be a problem for me from sponsoring them? and also what is the current application fees for family based GC?

any help is greatly appreciated.

Based on the facts you provided, I don't think there is any problem except for sponsoring I-864 for your mother because you need to have enough income based on your family size to sponsor your mother.

suggestion: since you gonna apply for your citizenship next year, your time line for you mother's interview is atleast 2 years from today, so the suggestion is start working now and pay taxes to support your mom.

your husband on H1 cannot support your mom because he is not permanent.
