Hi all,
I was interviewed on the 15th of April '08 in Detroit, just got my oath letter for the 20th of june. I wanted to know how to get the passport ASAP. My travel agent told me it can be obtained the same day from a service center if you show up there and show them your ticket etc. I have plans to fly overseas right away. In fact I had to delay my flight for the oath. Can anyone suggest how best to obtain the passport and if there's any possibility I might have to wait longer than 10 days or so after the oath to be able to travel abroad (assuming I don't waste a second in submitting the paperwork etc.).
