Hi,
I own a company with only two employees in it. My company Tax Advisor forgot to mention to me about filing state tax ( which has to be filed for each quarter) and so, I filed for three quarters late. However, I did not owe any money to State for 2 quarters and for only one quarter I owed money and I ended up paying the amount along with penalty (late fee).
Do I have to mention about this in citizenship ?
