Hello,

I am having question on N-400 application.

My Legal Name as follow
Last Name: Ravi
First Name: mulugu
Middle : kumar

On my Green card there is no middle name like
Last Name: Ravi
First Name: Mulugu
Middle : N/A


In this case do i need to send any supporting any supporting documentation
like what? Marriage certificate, or birth certificate....

OR

I don't send any documentation.

Depends ...

... what does your home country passport have? That can be a supporting document.

Alternate documents can be affidavit, school/college leaving certificate, marriage certificate/license etc.

By the way, I just observed, are you sure that's your last name? Doesn't seem right, but well it's not my place to comment on that.

I would like to change my name can I write new name under Name change section?

Do you think because of this processing time take more?
Do I need to add supporting documentation for name change?
Do you suggest name change?
After Citizen can we change my Name?
Which is the best option now or after Citizenship?
