Hi,
since we got transfered to india office for 2yrs we would like to apply for N-470 to preseve our residency for naturalization.
Can anyone guide me on this like,
1 . what are the doc we need while filing it.
2. we have 365 days continuous/uninterrupted stay in US after getting GC.
3. we do have company letter stating that we will be working ouside country and will be relocating back to US in 2 yrs.
4 what other doc we need to send along with form?
5. do we need to send photos?
6. do we have to present in US while applying? or can we just file and leave the country? Does there any fingerprinting like for re-entry permit.
