Hi!
Recently my friend had an interview for a naturalization and successfully completed BUT received a denial because of filing an application in a state where he didn't live at least three months (moved in June, filed in July).
Now he would like to file again. Does he need to pay for fingerprints again if they already have them?
when they have everything in a computer - can it take the processing time faster?
If he passed all the tests does he need to go to interview again?
Thank you for your help.
