I am in a process of preparing my N-400 application. I have couple traffic speeding / red light tickets, which I understand I should report. I got couple of speeding tickets in 2002 / 2003 summer, and I did not contest it and paid the fine and the ticket was eventually removed from the system (as there was a cluase that stated if you do not get a ticket in the next 180 days, the ticket would be removed from the system).
I am not sure which of the questions [15]-[18] I need to say "YES" for my
ticket.
[15] have you ever committed a crime or offense for which you were NOT
arrested?
[16] Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law
enforcement officer?
[17] Have you ever been charged with commiting any crime or offense?
[18] Have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense?
Please let me know. Also can you let me know how much will half an hour consultation with you cost?
