Hi, guys. I applied my citizenship in Feb., 2007, and took my fingerpring in March 2007. Since March, 2008. I made three infopass to USCIS local office. Each time IO told me my appication was still pending in TSC. I also wrote a letter to US Senator to inquire my case. The USCIS TSC and local office' report said my case was in queue for scheduling interview, and upon my file was pick up by local office. I would be scheduled for interview. However, three months passed, I was still waiting for the IL.
In early July last, my 1st fingerprint expired. I took my fingerprint again. One week later after fingerprint, I called *800#, IO told me my 2nd fingerprint cleared in July, and I had to wait for interview in order to the date of fingerprint and the date of filling.
Can anybody give some suggestion? Need I write a letter of inquiry to the director of USCIS local office?
