Hi there-
I have couple of questions:
1. I have 2 speeding tickets, one of which I received in 2002 summer. I vaguely rememeber the month. I checked with the police department, for which they have no records. I checked the DL records which do not have any record of the ticket either. I remember paying the fine and the clause was if you do not get another ticket for the next 180 days, your ticket would be removed from the city system. I did not get any further tickets and it was removed from the City system. Can I put the "May 2002" in the "Date Cited" field in the form (that I vaguely remember), or is it safe to put "Summer 2002"?
2. The second ticket I got in 2003, for which I took defensive driving and again the the clause was if you do not get another ticket for the next 90 days, your ticket would be removed from the record. I did not get any further tickets and it was removed from the City system too. I checked police department, for which they have no records. I checked the DL records which do not have any record of the ticket either. I found the check and .and it is dated on 1st of April based upon which I am writing the citation date as March 2003, as I remember paying the fine within 15 days. Is that OK as well, as I could not find any records either in the city records or DL?
Any opinion regarding the above would help.
