    I got my oath letter and date sept. 30, however wife and 3 yrs old baby moved out of house because of dispute.
    Could this keep me from my oath taking as petition was marriage based ?
    any input.

    Just Go for your OATH

    You are not divorced, so thats not a problem./
    As far as you are still married thats okay.

    Just go for your OATH with or without her....

    But for the sake of your happiness and child and your WIFE, solve your dispute.

      I hope to solved this peacefuly, however her parent and people around her are pushing her to do things that she usually would not.

      hope everything goes fine.

        Take te nccesary document USCIS wants you to bring.... answer what you are asked by the IO and Yesyou are still married. Do NOT GO IN DETAILS ABOUT YOUR SPOUSE AND MARITAL ISSUES...

        CALL your wife and take her out for dinner. Forget about whose doing what.

        You are married to your wife and not her family.
