my brother is a green card holder and wants to finish his school in india because his mom is there and moreover he is too small to live in usa without mother. onces he got travel document and stayed in india for 2 years. now he has come back and wants another two year permission,so we applied but there is no response we submit fee 305$ with application and they accepted and send us reciept form on 26 feb 2008. but after this they havent given any green signal yet . so what i do? should i wait more....or submit an anthor application . pease advice!!!
