HELP: Applying for citizenship

My wife and myself are applying for US citizenship and need help with following queries;

Do we need to fill N-400 application for each?

We have 10 years old child (born outside of US) who came with us on H4 visa and later obtained Green Card (5+ years). Which form should be filled
for citizenship? (N-400 or N-600)

yes, both of you need to apply on a separate application N-400

After either of you get your citizenzhip certificate, then your child can file for N-600 or he can just apply directly for his US passport.
