    conditional resident

    Hey there,

I was on the same category as you are. I got my conditional green card and after 2 years got a permanent one.

For your citizenship, the clock starts from the day you received your conditional green card. You should be eligible for filing citizenship on/after 08/22/2008

If you are married to US citizen, based on 3 years Green Card holder, you can apply your US citizenship 3 months in advance.
On this date May 23rd, 2008 you were eligible to apply your US citizenship (N-400).
