I read your previous posting and since you are removing condition on your GC by yourself, you become eligible to file N-400 in December 2011.
You have to wait till 5-years but you can file N-400 application 90 days in advance in the year 2011.
You have long way to go, till then concentrate on I-751 to remove condition on your GC.
    Good Luck.

I'm filing the I-751 with my wife, we had some minor issues but its been resolved.

BTW how long does it take on avarage to become in citizen once you file the N-400?

      Thanks!

        Please read: https://www.immihelp.com/usa-citizen...aturalization/
You need to provide all document evidence that you are going to mention on your Naturalization application. So, give a glance on N-400 form and instructions.
It depends but as per current processing time will take somewhere between 6 months to 1 year.

joint tax returns are the very important document for both application removing conditions from your green card and filing for citizenship based on marriage to a US citizen.

other than the joint tax returns, you need certificate of citizenship of your spouse and if there are any previous marriages from either of you, you need divorce decree, copy of your green card, copy of your marriage certificate.

to remove conditions from your green card you need more documents to prove your bonafide marriage. such as joint leases, insurance, etc.
the best thing is if you have any children through this marriage, send a copy of birth certificate of your children. which is very convincing.
