Name Change Help

Hi,
Could anyone reply if you know the answer for the below.
I am changing my last name to my spouse's first name during Citienship
Once I receive Naturailization certificate, do I have to first apply for U.S. passport or goto SSN office to change my last name ? For both U.S. passport and SSN card, I need to submit the Naturalization Certificate. I am not sure which one need to be done first.Could anyone who changed their names, pls. shed some light on thid for me please.

if you change your name during citizenship, you will receive your citizenship certificate in your new name, and you will also receive a name change order from the court provided. you take both things to apply for your passport and to the social security office to get your new social security card in your new name.

you take both citizenship certificate and court order of name change document to where you want to change your name

It does not matter where you go first.
