I am recently married to US citizen, but we haven't file immigration forms yet, when i send them, do i have to put full address of USCIS, or just USCIS? And how i am gonna find out that they received it? And how soon can i get driver license?Please, if anyone has information about that, here is my e-mail: [email protected]. Thanks.

First. Make sure you have the proper filing documents and fees (money order or check)

Secondly send it to the full address.

Thirdly, at the post office, you can get delievery confirmation. This system will tell you when the forms are delieverd.

You gotta also take it nice and slow... USCIS always feel a marriage is suspisious, when people are in a hurry (even if the marriage is legite)

When she files for you, you are also suppose to file for employment Authorization....

To cut the story short, it is a process.... sometimes comlicated, but i recommend you use a lawyer.... So that you dont miss anything.

USCIS officials could help you gather the information you need, but i used a lawyer in the past and i tell you you would not be dissapointed.
