Hello,
Well i m working in USA with H1 visa and recently got engage with my fiancé, she is having UK citizenship and after marriage we want to settle down in USA as I am well set with job & family.
So any one can please provide the info how I can bring her here, I mean what are the chances for UK Citizen to get GC faster. Can she work here being UK citizen or she need to have H1 only for that? I know I can bring her on H4 but apart from that is there any way to bring her on Green Card or Immigration status?
Any info regarding migrating/moving UK Citizen to USA is highly appreciated.
