Hi Iam applying for citizenship based on 5 years continuous residence. I will be eligible from january 2009. Iam legally divorced with no kids from previous marriage. I have few questions and please post your opinions,
1. Do I need to submit my Divorcee decree at the time of application?
2. Currently Iam in a Living relationship with my boyfriend. He is from Greece and we stay together when he comes to US (He has visit visa). I got pregnant and Iam expecting a baby in february. Do we need to declare unborn child in naturalisation application as iam applying just one month before my delivery.
3. when can I bring my boyfriend to USA? he got his his visit visa when we didnt even know about each other. whenever he visits he has a genuine business reason to visit USA and he stays with me during his stay in USA.
