I had my N-400 Interview on Aug 11,2008. Everything went well. after interview,They said we will send decision by mail. after a month I sent inquire and they replied back said “ your application is under NAME CHECK”. Ever since I got no response for USCIS. any idea how long i have to wait for oath.
