  • Help!!!

i filled out a citizenship with a paralegal. At first i thought she was a lawyer but she wasn't. Well she told me if i wanted things quicker i 'll pay 500 dollars and the 675 dollars for the inmigration ervices. Well, she told me three that would take three months and it's been over five months. I called her on dicember and she just returned my call on january then she told me she was gonna check the status of my case or a lawyer would. So the thing is that i don't wanna keep on wating since i don't trust her anymore. I also know that if the state received my check , they send me a letter telling me that my case is processing. So i think they haven't. So what should i do now??? shold i ask for my money or wait ?? i don't know what to do =( please help!!!!

My assumptions, even if you use attorney, you should still get a letter from USCIS with your receipt/application number. That number is used for tracking the application. I would think in 5 months you should have received application notice, finger printing notice and may be interview call.

Did you pay $675 fees with the personal check? Was the check desposited? (USCIS is fast deposting anything with money)
