How do I apply US citizenship for my 8 year old daughter

I am in the USA and I will get eligibility to apply for citizenship next month. My children born in India, they got Green Card along with me. They are studying here. Can I file N600 along with my N400? And what is the procedure? or should I just apply US passport once I get citizenship?

US Citizen for Child

Mags, if your children came with you to USA and was living like a Resident Permanent, you do not need to apply for your children, you just apply only for you if they are less then 18 years old, they will receive the US Citizen Ship automatically.
You do not need pay anything, and you just apply US passport once you get citizenship.
I did call the Immigration asking that, because I have children also and this was the answer they gave me.

Apply for citizenship for my 11 year old daughter

Hi,

I am preparing to apply for citizenship for my 1 year old daughter. I have some questions. We both parents are naturlized citizen

1. Do you need to have Indian passport to be valid when applying for N600 ? bcaz I just ralized that her Indian passport was expired last month. Otherwise, I have spend time and money to get it renewed.

2. Looking at this thread it seems, you really don't need to apply for N600, but when I looked at "US Dept of State" for required documents along with minor's passport application, it indicated you need to provide Certificate of naturlization along with parents identification.

to clear up thing, my daughter was born in India and she assumed greencard along with me. I become citizen in january

As far as I know you have to fill out this form:N-600 and the tax fee is $420. Here it;s the link /show-form/n-600

I'll give them a call and ask again.
