Could you all advised please.
I am US citizen, My husband is Ecaudorian citizen. He enter US illegally. We know each other since 1999 and became girlfriend and boyfriend in 2001 since then we have all the account together from Bank account, Lease, Insurance and many more pictures from lots of activities.
We got married on Oct 31, 2005.
File I 130 application On Jan 13,2006
I 130 approved on June 13,2006
Have a couple interview on Jan 14,2008 at Ecaudor Cousular.
On Nov 4,2008 recieved noticed from USCIS that they are review my case and will send a futher info if needed.
I don t really know what is going on. My husband now at Ecaudor for 1 year. I dont know what to do. Asking Lawyer get many recommedation.
1. To file a complaint to Federal Court against USCIS
2. Contest to USCIS while they are review the case
3. Wait to see if they denied I 130 and reapply again.
I wonder if I have a chance to appeal or file an emotion
