I had 3 traffic violations all at one time in 2005:
> expired driver's license
> driving without insurance
> headlights OFF
I was sort of arrested because of driving without license and was sent to the local police station. It was a total of $2K fine, bail is $200.00 and was scheduled for a court hearing.
At the court hearing, the first 2 (expired DL and insurance) were dismissed because I was able to provide a proof of insurance and a renewed DL. I pled guilty for the headlights and paid $80.
I don't have the proofs nor the records anymore. Should I disclose this in my application? I am planning to go to DMV to get my driving record and to the police station for clearance. Does anyone know where to get a proof that this cases were dismissed and cleared?
And are the proofs necessary?
