Am I eligible for US Citizenship???

I am married to the same US Citizen for more than 3-years and have 2 kids. Legally (H1b) worked and residing in US for the past 8-years. I got my Green Card only on year 2008. Am I eligible to apply for Citizenship? Under the condition been married to a Citizen for more than 3-years? Or do I have to wait for another 2-years?

Being married to a US citizen, its 3 year as permenant resident before you can apply for citizenship. The 3 yrs period counts from the day your Green Card was issued ( issue date on Green card ). Not the date you were married. you can apply 90 days prior to your 3rd year on Green card, and also you have to be legally married to your spouse until the entire process is complete ( until you take the Oath ). you can also go to uscis web site to check your eligibility for Naturalization.
