N600 and i290B Foms
Here is where I stand:
02/20/08 Submitted N600 form
07/29/08 N600 was denied, in my opinion, by mistake
08/15/08 Submitted i290B
As of now, I have not heard anything. I have visited the USCIS offices twice and no one there knows anything. I cannot keep taking time off of work to go to the office. Is there anyone else who can help me? Is there an organization who helps people with these issues? I can't afford to hire a lawyer, but if it comes to that, I will.
