Do I qualify for Citizenship Application based on 3 Year Rule?

Please advise if I qualify for Citizenship Application based on 3 Year Rule?

1. My Permanent Resident card was approved on June 25th, 2008 in category E26 - Employment based EB2.

1. I got married on May 24th, 2008. And, My wife is US citizen.
