Impact to assets / bank deposits in India if you become US citizen

When you are applying or received your citizenship, any impact to your assets/bank deposits in India ?

Do you need to close or sell ?

You can retain all the assets in India.

However, please note that, any one who is permanent resident or the US citizen, needs to pay income tax in US on their worldwide income.
