My parents immigrated to usa and they have completed 5 Years. They do not work and so income or any related tax and benefits. They usually stay in US mostly excpet for few months in the year. In these 5 years there have been 2 occasions when they stayed out of the country for more than 6 Months ( 7.5 months and 9.2 months) in two seprate instances.
They fulfil the conditionof more than 30 months in this 5 year period. Will there be any issues if we file for thier citizenship application. Any feedback/ help to this question will be greatly appreciated.
