Citizenship Selective Service

Hello all,
During the age range for registering for selective service I was an undocumented (illegal) immigrant.
The requirements for selective service that have been posted here:

list an undocumented immigrant under the required persons to register.
At the time as an undocumented immigrant I was not aware that I was obligated to register, or that even i was able to register.
Will this jeopardize my application in any way?

Hi! I have a friend with similar situation, he applied for naturalization ( family based petition) but he also failed to register for selective service, ( nobody told him about that, but "Ignorance of the law, excuses no one") he didn't get his citizenship, he was advised to apply again after five years....Good luck!

I have the same problem. Between 21-26 I was illegal. Any info how to go about Selective Service question ?
