N-400: document for dependant spouse and child
I am a Green card holder and my wife and kid (1 year old) are in India (Got married after getting green card). They do not have Green card. She could not get a visa that allows them to stay here for long.
In the check list for N-400 it has been mentioned that "for a Dependant spouse and child currently not staying with me: send court order or financial support papers providing proof of complying with a court order".
We are married and are just physically apart due to the above visa limitations.
What kind of supporting document should I send for this case?
