US Naturalization Civic Test Manual in "Urdu" Language ?

My mother is eligible to become the citizen of united states, she qualifies for given the civics exam in the language of her choice. Category 2 below.

1. Age 50 or older
20 years
civics test in your language

2. Age 55 or older
15 years
civics test in your language

3. Age 65 or older
20 years
simplified civics test in your language

She would like to give the test in "Urdu" language. Can some suggest me where would I be able to find the Civics Test manual in "Urdu". I search all over the internet but I was unsuccessfull. Can someone help me with this ?

There is no such guide/manual in Urdu language.

If there is no Urdu manual, then how is my mother expected to learn about American Civics. How are the other older people able to take civic exam in there own language. My mother does not know english. Please advice.

You can help her understand all that in your language, by translating for her.

Materials are available in only few languages such as Spanish, Chinese etc.
