I am waiting for my letter for the pledge of allegiance ceremony. Could you please tell me how many guests I can invite? Thank you

There is no rule for that. You will have to ask the local place where the
ceremony is being held. Most of the times, they don't allow anyone else.

If they have extra space, they may allow one or maximum two people. But in no case, they will allow 20 people per applicant, for example. After your ceremony, you can give a party and invite as many people as you like.
