8/5/2009 - Sent Application via USPS mail
8/6/2009 - Delivered.
8/11/2009 - Check Cashed
xx/xx/2009 - Received NOA, PD X/XX, ND X/XX
xx/xx/2009 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter
xx/xx/2009 - Biometrics Appointment
xx/xx/2009 - Received Interview Letter Appointment
xx/xx/2009 - Interview Date
xx/xx/2009 - Oath Appointment Letter Received
xx/xx/2009 - Oath Ceremony Date
xx/xx/2009 - Mailed in Application for Passport
xx/xx/2009 - Passport Received!!!!

Looking at Mavben's timeline, I am now concerned. USCIS recived my application (Phonix service center) on 8/5/09 and check still not yet cashed.

Any sugestions on my future action?

The date delivered is usually the PD. i guess its used to show when they started working on the case and to determine the time frame. Thats the best guess I can come up with.

I dont have any Receipt number in the receipt number field. I have only application number. it is not 13 digit.

The first Noa is for showing they received your app. Hence the tittle receipt. They don't come with receipt number. On your application number ,they include center number and *. So it's a nine digit plus the other 4 to get 13. Example of an application number is


NBC*123456789


So my guess is you are ok. Just check to make sure they have your correct A# plus your address,date of birth etc

Its 5 days before I complete by 5 years, but I am not taking Oath on that day, so I am not worried, or should I be worried(I don't know)
