Few questions on form N400
Hi everyone,
I am going to apply for naturalization based on 3 years marriage to my husband, a US citizen. I do have a few questions regarding the form N400. Please if someone can help me to answer these questions. I would be very grateful.
1. Do I have to write 2 separate checks for filing? (one for N400 and one for fingerprints) or should I just send 1 and total both of them.
2. If my husband was once married before, what number should I put on pg. 5, part G? The question was: How many times have you been married?Does it include me or not?
3. When sending bona fide documentations, do they supposed to be for last year or last 3 years of our marriage? We already submit documents last year when we applied for my permanent residence. Do they have to be all certified? Which one yes, and which not?
