Hai, My son is a green card holder in USA....his 5 year old son born in USA in June 2004 is sick and is brought to India for treatment...the child may have to be here in India for a long period for recouperation....we would like him to be naturalized here in India...He is now residing in Tamil Nadu...can anyone tell us where to apply and how to go about it...thank you

India does not allow dual citizenship. The person could claim Indian citizenship when he becomes a major based on parents being Indian citizens. Look at other options like PIO/OCI.
