Requested for additonal evidence information

Filed N400 application for me and my wife. Received Notice form USCIS for additional information evidence separately for me and my wife. Is it necessary to send additional information separately for each notice OR one set of information to send USCIS is OK for both notice.

Can any one please advise me as early as possible.

Additional information - proof of date of marriage - (Marriage certificate)
