Hello All,
I am bit confused about 90 days state residencey requirement. Here is my situation:
I am working for an American Company in the Middle East with approved N-470 and REP. I have fulfilled physical presence requirement but bit confused about 90 days state residence requirement. I was living in GA for 15 years before relocating to Dubai, I own home in GA, utilities are still in my name, have bank account, GA license, and 401K account. I will file for N-400 from GA as well.
I need to know if I have to be there 90 days before sending the application to USCIS or any 90 days as long as I stayed in the same state?
Does these 90 days beyond 30 months of physical presence?
I will be using my US address on my N-400 but will report my oversease address as well.
I am planing to make short trips for N-400 filling, finger prints, and interview but would not be able to stay long becaue of the nature of my job.
Please share your experience.
Thank you very much for your help and unselfish support
