My case is internally denied(according to infopass) after the interview by USICS supervisor due to the lack of continuous residence. I spent almost 2.5 years in China in the second half of 5 years, with 2-week long brief trips back to US to break it into less than half-year stays in China. I did have one stay in China of 7 months. I was working for Cisco oversea though.
I am planning to file N-336 and will need a good lawyer to attend the hearing with me. For whoever that had the hearing experience before. Does a good lawyer make a big difference? Any recommendations? I am in San Jose, CA.
