oath ceremony

i just received my oath ceremony letter today ie august 28 th in the evening and my ceremoney was scheduled this am at 08. 30.....i am so depressed..... .the letter says if i caanoot make it to the intnw ..they want me to sent the letter back , but there is no address inside the letter...should i sent it to the address on the envelope ( uscis , lees summit , missouri) or when i was going through the forum i read something like sending this letter back to the local office.....so which one should i do? if it is the local office , i live in detroit , michigan ....so anybody know which will be my local office . IS IT A GOOD IDEA IF I TAKE A INFOPASS AND GO DIRECTLY TO THE OFFICE AND SUBMIT THE FROM?

your local office would be the place you interviewed.
You might also need to write a letter and enclose it explaining the situation. Alternatively, if you live close to your local office, you can do an infopass and go in and explain that to the Officer.

Don't forget to make copies of everything you send Just incase!!
