Moving to India for studies after filing N-400

Hi,
I have applied for N-400 and I will be joining college in India.
USCIS informed I need to be in US to give fingerprints as there are no field offices to take fingerprints in India.
1. Can I change my address after fingerprints and ask for test/interview in India?
2. If the process takes more than 180 days, how does it impact permanent residency status?
3. What are available options to pursue education in India without wasting whole year by being in USA just for fingerprints and interview processes?
