I have been in the USA since December 2009 and didn't complete my college due to financial hardship. I was forced to drop out in 2003 and i have been out of status since then. Is there a rule that says that if you have been here more than 5 yrs you can apply for green card based on good behavior? Can i consult a lawyer and to help me with my case so that i can adjust my status? If i marry someone on an H1B visa ; can i qualify for an H4 or any other visas?
