  • Which addresses should be listed in N 400?

Hi, I am applying for citizenship therefore need some help with listing the addresses for last five years in N400.
I missed filing AR11 on two occasions as I was not aware of it. But by the time I realized I already moved to new addresses.
I have few questions about which addresses I need to report in N400.

1.Do we have to list all the addresses for last 5 years in N400 irrespective of whether I have reported them to USCIS through AR11?

2.Also, the temporary addresses where I have resided earlier as I was working on a project in other state should also be listed or shall I ignore them?

    3. In the last five years, I had travelled to India twice . So do I need to also included the address where I stayed in india for the trip?

Please advise me , I am confused about them.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Mems
    Q1: Yes.
Q2: List all address where u lived. If you visited a state to work for a few weeks that is not residing in the state, that is visiting. Dont list those.

Q3: If you visited India, you would list that in the section where your are asked for all the places you visited. No addresses are needed .

Thanks a lot, it helped a lot to clear my confusion.

Also regarding question 2, I have worked in a other state as a consultant for almost a year but I used traveled to my permanent residence (another apt located in another state) while I was working on the project. Also in my w2 and tax returns I have used my permanent address. So, basically I assume I can ignore the temporary addresses where I stayed just for my work?

      thanks in advance,
