Hi,
I have been a permanent Resident since August, 2004 and was a Working and studying on and off. I made an India Trip from sept 25, 2005 to July 22 2006(10 months stayed out of US) as i had to take care of my Mom. I filed my Taxes from 2006 onwards... My Question is Am i eligible to apply for Citizenship as of today. If the Clock resets, then when will i be eligible for Naturalization.
