I got my green card through asylum. After receiving the green card, I visited the country which I fled from, but only stayed few weeks at a time. Thie visit was to see my family members. Now I am eligible to apply for U.S. citizenship (N400). Will I encounter any problem at the interview, for visiting my former country. Should I apply for N400 through a lawyer or can I apply it by myself. Please help.
